Can't even boot into windows xp, please help
I set up a dual boot system with Win98 and XP, so when I need to programm the CH set up, I boot into Win 98, load the programming for what ever sim and then boot back to XP. I don't switch out sims that much, so this is my solution to a $500.00 USB upgrade. I know this sounds like a lot of hassel, but it works for

Big mistake(on my part) Went right back to XP. However if you are ready for a change and challenge then by all means go for it. This method can be made to work, but it's not particularly straight-forward. I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to try this for his/her first attempt at dual-booting. Once the hard drive bearing WinXP has been "transplanted," you'll need to perform a repair installation. Normally, and assuming a retail license

Avoiding program duplication with XP and Vista
There are users who actually don't like using System Restore anyway. Or, they rarely boot back to XP and don't really see it as a problem.
